Tomorrow's menu is nearly complete..
Breakfast will be some steel-cut oatmeal with strawberries (frozen) and sugar free vanilla soymilk.
Lunch will be 3oz salmon sauteed with a dab of olive oil, seasoned with pesto and served with 3/4 cup brown rice/Kashi pilaf blend and 1 1/2 cups cooked frozen sugar snap pea mix vegetables.
Snacks will be an apple and later a slice of toasted sprouted whole grain bread with either some peanutbutter (natural) or a small wedge of white cheddar with sage.
Dinner? Don't know yet. I'll worry about that when I get home from school :)
